Meet Jim St. Hilaire

Real estate has been my full-time profession since 1986, and over the years, I've had the privilege of helping countless clients navigate the buying and selling process across Central Pennsylvania. I’ve lived in the Hershey area since 1990, where I raised my two daughters and became deeply connected to the local community. I truly believe this region is a wonderful place to call home—and I love helping others find their place here too.

As a designated Associate Broker and Certified Luxury Homes Collection Specialist, I bring a high level of professionalism and experience to every transaction. I specialize in residential sales, new home construction, relocation moves, and buyer agency representation in Hershey, Harrisburg, Hummelstown, Palmyra, and the surrounding areas. Throughout my career, I’ve been honored to receive recognition from the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS®, including being named among the Top 10% of agents and receiving the Outstanding Sales Associate of the Year award. I’ve also served in leadership roles as a former board member and of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS and as chair of the MLS Advisory Committee.
